We want you to love your forever flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return label.

  Pack Items

  Place the unused bouquet and note card back into the original protective envelope.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
